Pinhole Camera Workshop w/ Adam Donnelly: Saturday, 7/27, 10:30 - 4:30 p.m.

Artist Adam Donnelly will teach a workshop that covers basic pinhole photography techniques. Participants will learn how to construct a camera, take a photograph, and develop their paper negatives in a DIY darkroom setting. A brief history of pinhole photography will be presented along with work by a variety of pinhole photographers. Each participant will have their own camera upon completion of the course along with the information and inspiration they need to design pinhole cameras at home.
A $125 non-refundable workshop fee covers all supplies as well as a catered lunch. Please email us with any dietary restrictions.
No experience necessary. This workshop is open to adults only.
Adam Donnelly is an artist and educator who recently moved from Oakland, CA to New York City. His work focuses on DIY and alternative photographic processes and he has exhibited on both coasts. He is interested in how materials, process, and concept can intersect in the creation of art, which ultimately helps him make sense of the world.
